All-Star Fudgy Baseballs and Bats Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of carob (powder)
1/4 cup of honey (pure)
1/4 cup of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
3/4 cup of wheat germ
1 cup of water
3/4 cup of oats (rolled)
2 Tablespoons of powdered milk (dry)
1/2 cup of coconut (unsweetened); shredded

Optional:
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
1/2 teaspoon orange zest; grated

Instructions:

Combine water and carob inside a saucepan. Let it boil above gentle heat, while constantly stirring to avoid burning. Add (peanut) butter then honey; continue to cook for 5 mins or till syrup has thickened slightly and smoothened.

Combine wheat germ, powdered milk, oats, shredded coconut, zests, and cinnamon inside a mixing bowl. Pour over (1 cup) syrup to get a smooth or pliable dough, or you can add more. Refrigerate remaining syrup to be used for any dishes.

Pinch some pieces from dough then roll into 2-inched (long) tubes, tapered on one of its end (like baseball bat). Roll remaining to balls, size of marble.
