Carmel Corn Pops Recipe
Ingredients:
A box of corn pop (10.9 ounces)
1 tsp of baking-soda
1 cup of halved pecans
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of light-corn syrup
1/2 cup of butter
Instructions:
Prepare your oven. Heat it to two hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the nuts & cereal in oiled large-sized shallow bake pan.
Place the sugar, corn-syrup and butter in saucepan and allow it to boil. Stir the soda and vanilla in. Pour the caramel mix over the nuts & cereal, stir very well.
Have it baked for an hour, stir every fifteen minutes. Pour into waxpaper then break it apart. Completely cool and store them in tightly-sealed containers.
