Fruit Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Tbsps of cheese curd (Cottage Cheese)
2 Tbsps of chopped fruit (apple, pear, apricot)
2 Tbsps of almonds; slivered
2 pcs of bread slices
2 Tbsps of pineapple (fresh); crushed in its juice

Instructions:

Combine (Cottage) cheese, chopped fruit, almonds, and pineapple inside a bowl then mix thoroughly and add more of the cheese if necessary. Spread mixture onto the slices of bread.
