Kid’s Krunchy Krazy Korn Recipe
Ingredients:
8 cups of popcorn curls (puffed)
1 cup of sugar (brown)
1/2 cup of butter (unsalted)
1/4 cup of corn syrup (light)
1/2 teaspoon of soda (Arm & Hammer)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Heat the oven (250 degrees F). Place the puffed popcorn on a 15×10x1 inch (baking) pan. Combine sugar, syrup, and mayonnaise inside a saucepan; let it boil above moderate heat, while constantly stirring.
Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Take out from the heat then add vanilla and soda; stir thoroughly. Pour evenly onto the puffed popcorn; mix thoroughly.
Bake inside preheated oven for half an hour, stir twice while baking. Take out immediately from the pan and cool it completely onto parchment paper. Store inside airtight container.
