Worm Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of monggo bean sprouts; rinsed
1 pound of beef (ground)
1 piece of egg (large)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
6 pieces of burger buns; sliced open
Catsup
Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Combine (1 cup) sprouts, egg, and beef inside the bowl; mix by hand. Season salt & pepper. Form into 6 patties.
Cook above moderate heat till browned on both sides. Place them inside the buns. Garnish sprouts or “worms”. Serve them with catsup and mayonnaise, “blood” and “pus”.
